I was reading the Crossfit Santa Cruz site today (link www.crossfitsantacruz) and they had a post about the new venture they're trying. An accountability log I think it was called.
Basically you pick a diet, i.e Zone, Paleo and a workout template, 3/1 or 5/2 and then you stick with that.
That sounded like something I wanted to try and having a public place for it makes it even better.
